Permission is granted to temporarily use PranksAI for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on PranksAI
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload to PranksAI. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PranksAI:

• For any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Credits reset monthly with your subscription renewal.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on PranksAI are provided on an 'as is' basis. PranksAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall PranksAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PranksAI.
